Domestic pricing structures relating to odd jobs.

 

Prior to starting work all charges will be confirmed in writing where possible subject

to time restraints for your reassurance.

A working week is between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm.   Monday - Friday.

Work carried out in the evening or at the weekend will incur a 50% increase to the

charges listed below.

 

 

1. Upto the first hour onsite is £30 and then £10.00 per half hour thereafter.*

2. Hire a man for half a day £85.50 ( 4hrs )  This includes a 5% reduction on our hourly rate

3. Hire a man for a whole day £135  ( 7hrs ) This includes a 10% reduction on our hourly rate                                                                                                         

          

   * We offer a 10% reduction on the hourly charges for senior citizens

 

 

All work undertaken is guaranteed.

The price above excludes the cost of materials.

We can source materials for you, however, there will be an additional charge.

This is the cost of materials plus 15% with a minimum charge of £10

 

Should the work require a specialist tradesman then the charges relating to these works would need to be discussed accordingly.
