Terms and Conditions for selling goods on Ebay.

Buyer              : Person from auction site purchasing item


1.Items will only be accepted by us for sale if it is considered to reach the minium value of £50. The final decision as to how viable this is, will be down to us.
2. All items given to us must not be stolen or illegally owned. Items are accepted in good faith.
3. All items received by us must be in full working order and where possible instruction manuals          included. Proof must be provided by you that the item(s) functions correctly prior to it being taken for  selling. If this is not possible, no responsibility will be taken by us should the item(s) not function after we have removed the item(s) from the property stated. 
4. We will issue a receipt upon acceptance of item(s).
5. We will endeavour to advertise your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of item(s).
6. All bidding will start at 0.99 pence unless otherwise agreed.
7. If a "Reserve Price" or "But It Now" is required then a further charge will be incurred by you which will be stated below.
8. Once your item(s) have sold we will deduct a fee of :
                                                            30% if final winning bid is between  £50.00    -  £99.99  inclusive
                                                            20% if final winning bid is between  £100.00  -  £499.99 inclusive
                                                            10% if final winning bid is between  £500.00  -  £999.99 inclusive
                                                              5% if final winning bid is above      £1,000.00
9. Payment will be issued to you within 21 days of us receiving payment from the buyer. This incorporates a weeks grace to allow the buyer to confirm goods are as described and operational. Along with your payment will be a receipt of proof of sale.
10. If the item(s) sells but the buyer fails to pay we will not incur any costs. If requested by you we will re-list the item(s) at a cost of £1.00 per item to be paid by you plus any cost listed in section 7
11. If your item(s) does not sell for what ever reason we will hold your item(s) for a maximum of 10 days from the end of the auction. If during this time you have not agreed with us that you require your item(s) returned then we reserve the right to dispose of your item(s) as we see fit after this time. If you do wish your unsold item(s) to be returned then you will incur a delivery charge of between £1.99 - £9.99. This amount will be agreed prior to the start of the auction and stated below. This amount will be payable by you upon return of your item(s).
12. All postage costs will be incurred by us.
